Quality and price can range from very cheap ones that are used for camping and temporary places to sleep all the way up to high-end luxury beds. When compared to inner-spring mattresses, the price is generally comparable. Recent innovations to air beds include the ability to adjust the firmness of the mattress, and the ability to maintain different settings for each side of a larger mattress.
